รายละเอียดโปรแกรม : Format Factory เป็นโปรแกรมแปลงไฟล์ที่ขึ้นชื่อว่าสามารถแปลงไฟล์ได้แทบจะทุกชนิด โปรแกรมมีความสามารถในการแปลงไฟล์สารพัดชนิดรวมทั้งไฟล์วีดีโอ, ไฟล์เพลง, และไฟล์รูปภาพ ซึ่งด้านซ้ายมือของโปรแกรมก็จะมีนามสกุลไฟล์ที่เราต้องการจะแปลงให้เลือก หลังจากเลือกเสร็จโปรแกรมก็จะแสดงหน้าจอการปรับแต่งสำหรับไฟล์แต่ละชนิดซึ่ง เราสามารถปรับแต่งให้ตรงกับความต้องการของเราได้อย่างอิสระ นอกจากนั้นโปรแกรมยังสามารถใช้ในการบีบอัดไฟล์ที่เราแปลงให้มีขนาดเล็กลงโดย ที่ไม่เสียคุณภาพของไฟล์ไป สำหรับการอัพเดทครั้งนี้ก็มีการอัพเกรดไดร์ฟเวอร์ของ ffdshow และ Haali ให้เป็นเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุด แก้ไขบั๊กที่พบใน codec บางตัว และแก้ไขบั๊กในการทำ MUX คลิปวีดีโอ
